It can be disheartening when a new skill is taught and there’s no one available to practice with or it wasn’t understood totally, but the class has moved on. At EMS, we understand that not everyone is able to pick up new things quickly in one or two training sessions. Sometimes, there are questions after the certification training is over. While we do know that your instructors and coursemates are available to help, there is another option to gain some additional insight from your own agency. EMS offers training and production assitance for our registered agents in group or individual settings.
One-on-One Sessions: During Certification
The client certification process is not designed to be difficult. It’s designed to teach you the client’s system and expectations when assisting their customers. Some people desire a little more focused attention when they are learning a new skill. EMS is able to assist and help guide you through the hump in your certification training and right into earning revenue! These On-on-One Sessions are offerd exclusively to our registered agents and are available at a discounted rate of $45 for a one-hour session.
Group Sessions: During Training
Group sesions are available for those who are interested in skill enhancement for their clients’ certification training in a small group setting for 3-5 agents. During the group sessions, all agents will be training under the same client to ensure no confustion and each person will have their questions answered. 1-hour Group Sessions are offered at $25 per agent.
One-on-One Sessions: During Production
Have you successfully completed certification training, but still need some extra guidance on a few of your new skills? Was there something that you went over in training, but you just can’t get the hang of? Have you had a recent call with a customer and been left feeling like you under-performed? Schedule a session with us to get you back on track. Our available sessions while an agent is in production are offerd exclusively to registered EMS agents and are available at a discounted rate of $45 for a one-hour session.
